I can feel your pain...let me help.

Pain management and sports massage are my two main focuses for my practice.  Like most of the population, I also suffer from pain and stress.  I have the desire to aid in other people's relief for a better life.

I received my exercise science degree from IU in May 2011, and that fall I began massage therapy school at Indiana College of Sports and Medical Massage (ICSMM) in Carmel, IN.  I graduated from ICSMM in May 2012.  Through my IU background and massage school learning, I became very interested in stress and pain management for all people.  I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, CORE Myofascial therapy, and cupping therapy.  Through my own exercise and running experience, kinesiotaping and sports (pre-event, intra-event, and post-event) massage became my second focus.

I've had the opportunity to work with several athletes from XPE Sports located in Boca Raton, FL during the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, IN in February 2016, March 2017, and February 2018. Using the CORE Myofascial Therapy technique, I worked alongside a sports medicine team consisting of trainers, physical therapists, chiropractors, and a few bodyworkers to keep the athletes in peak shape during their 3-day Combine experience.

I've also had the opportunity to work with several soccer referees during the Regional Soccer Tournament in Westfield, IN in June 2016. Keeping the referees limber and ready to give their best during these matches was of the utmost importance.

Since 2014, I've participated in multiple massage tents for the Carmel Marathon (2014-2016) and the Monumental Marathon in Indiana (2015-2016). Runners and walkers from all of the distances came in looking for muscle pain relief and stretching. Seeing the improvements in the participants who received bodywork after they completed their run is why I enjoy helping people get out of pain!
